  • Relatable Thoughts: What Gets You To Success?

    19/03/2022 Duración: 19min

To show my appreciation for ya'll, here's a BONUS EPISODE! We all desire success in some form. A successful relationship, marriage, or family. A successful job, education, or place to live. We even want to be successful in fun things like our hobbies, or just be successful in making it from Monday to Friday all in one piece. So what's the secret to achieving success? It's 100% all of what goes on in your head. It's not circumstances, it's not that other people are more suited for it. Those are all just stories played on repeat in your brain. But you were made for more. Your desires can definitely be reached and you can find success. But it comes in gaining that mindset and feeling of success and learning how to talk to your brain. This is why I'm teaching you how to begin finding success and stop letting things like anxiety child you back from reaching your dreams. 16/03/2022 Duración: 24min

This episode may not be for everyone, but I know someone needs it. So many young people I know struggle with themselves having questions. Usually, we put the blame on the questions themselves for why we feel terrible, but the reason we feel terrible is only because we think we should be having questions, that questions somehow mean we are bad or something’s wrong with us.   QUESTIONS ARE QUESTIONS. They don’t have meaning unless we give them meaning. And today I talk about how we can work with religious questions and how it’s okay to have them.   Don't forget about my free webinar on Breaking Up with Anxiety. • Relatable Thoughts: Returning to the Fundamentals

    10/03/2022 Duración: 30min

It's easy to make self-improvement and the act of reaching our dreams and changing our lives for the better, a complex issue. And then it becomes easy to blame our outside circumstances for why things aren't going our way. Because we think we're smart and finally figuring out the secret to TRUE CHANGE. But this is a lie. A lie from good ol' Muffinhead. And it's this truth that I humbly relearned: the fundamentals are the way to getting the results we want in life. The secret to getting anything you want in life is in practicing 2 fundamentals every day: 1. Practice gaining awareness that you're life is always created by your thoughts 2. Practice Processing Emotions And while no one likes to practice (especially your brain!), that's a real good indicator that it's EXACTLY the very thing we need to do every single day.   Don't miss out on your $52 Amazon gift card! • Relatable Thoughts: Questioning Yourself

    22/02/2022 Duración: 27min

It's part of human nature to wonder whether we are on the right path. Am I in the right major, did I choose the right person to date, is my life going the way it's supposed to be. While these questions are natural, they subconsciously reflect the hidden belief that we don't believe in OURSELVES.   Even when we are unsure of the future and uncertain of what choice is the best according to our desires, we NEVER have to distrust ourselves. We can trust that no matter what we have our own back, things will work out in our favor, and in fact, this self-confidence in ourselves will lead us in the RIGHT, far more than our questioning if we are in the WRONG.   Leave your podcast episode request: (Click here)   Learn more about Jennie the LDS Mission Coach at https://jenniedildine.com/   Sign Up For Your FREE 30-minute Coaching Call: (Click here)
