The MoveonPAST podcast is a podcast for those feeling overworked, overwhelmed, and worried. The show is hosted by Stephanie Smith, Doctor of Education, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. Dr. Smith will share a collection of unfiltered, mostly unedited stories and conversations about life issues. It's purpose is to enlighten our viewpoints on discussing emotions, feelings, thoughts and general life challenges with the intent of considering the application of emotional first aid to your life. The podcasts featured on this site are not meant to replace professional counseling services. If you are feeling stuck or in the need of specific "emotional first aid" seek assistance in your area.
