After being captured by Ojo and delivered to Mistress West, Dorothy escapes and makes her way to the Wizard's retiring area where she find him enjoying Pink Floyd! We speculate whether Dorothy is half witch and if the Wizard is her father. Jack and the princess of Ev find themselves getting closer. The audience also finds out the princess' motivations and her feelings towards the Wizard himself and Emerald City.

Now having to service the princess of Ev, he can't even use the, "I'm not a machine" line! The Wizard proves himself ruthless when it comes to protecting Oz from magic. Dorothy and Lucas narrowly dodge the law while Dorothy tries to be a good Samaritan. The northern witch and the western witch bicker and battle over the affections and loyalty of Tip who now finds herself in a situation she can take advantage of.

The Mistress of the West is forced to defend her good witch name when the Wizard accused her of using magic, which is banned in Oz. This interrogation only served to expose the true identity of Anna, The Wizard's newest councilwoman/priestess. Dorothy tries to fake her way through being the new mistress of the Eastern Keep, only to find out her birth mother was in Oz at some point in the past. Tip finds out her true nature, her buddy Jack pushes her too far... causing her to push back!
