In fact, it's kind of actually good! This is the one where Boss Hogg rigs betting on horse races by routing phone in betting through the Dukes Family telephone line. Why this was important, I forget, but this is the episode where the General jumps an actual barn. It's pretty epic. Coy and Vance are actually in a decent rhythm working together and while Bo and Luke are certainly needed back, the gaping hole at the start of season 5 is no longer present.
