Joan Crawford was an icon of the Golden Age of Hollywood. Her dramatic looks and stunning ability to take on any character, made her a highly sought after actress. On this episode, we will journey through the life of Crawford. A life that was very complicated. And perhaps this is why there are rumors that Crawford's spirit might still be among us. The Moment in Oddity features Mr. Eat-All and This Month in History features the dedication of the Pentagon. • Phantasmal Crime 32 - The Will Harris 1906 Massacre

    19/12/2023 Duración: 14min

Asheville is a smaller city in North Carolina where I had the pleasure of experiencing one of my favorite ghost tours. While on that tour, I heard about a mass shooting involving a man named Will Harris. This happened many years ago and the violence and the residue of that event seems to have left an energy that still traverses the same area where the crimes took place to this day. Join me as we explore the crimes of Will Harris and the ghostly aftermath. On this redux episode, we will explore the origins, history and terror that are a part of the legend of Krampus. In Japan, anything that is paranormal or supernatural is called Yokai. One of these Yokai is a Noppera-Bo, which is a faceless ghost. Another name for these apparitions is gesichtslosgeist. These are entities who have no identity. They don't know who they are, seeming to have a form of spiritual amnesia. Join us as we share stories of faceless ghosts!

  • Phantasmal Crime 30 - 1909 Savannah Axe Murders

    21/11/2023 Duración: 18min

A man was on a simple afternoon stroll on December 9, 1909 in his Savannah, Georgia neighborhood when he heard moaning coming from 401 W. Perry Street. What he found inside the small wooden house would horrify the city. One woman lay dying and two more were already dead. An axe had been used and the murders were brutal. As to who committed the crime, that remains a mystery, although the husband of one of the women was convicted and served some time in prison before being pardoned. Perhaps that is why the location where the murders happened has stories of hauntings. 16/11/2023 Duración: 49min

Fort Lauderdale means fun in the sun at a beach for most people. But this oceanside town has another side. There are many haunted locations here and for good reason. 09/11/2023 Duración: 37min

Stagecoach stops have a knack for being haunted. This isn't surprising due to the amount of activity that these locations experienced throughout history. Eventually, the building became a private residence and a former owner named Margaret Spencer might still be here in the afterlife.
