We’ve all had it at least once in our life; Cake batter poured through a funnel into a hot fryer where it takes a quick soak. It is then placed onto a plate and covered with powdered sugar. Marilyn and Bobbie Blewer sold this delicious treat at State and County fairs across the US for more than 25 years. Their two youngest children joined them in the family business and the 4 of them would spend their summers traveling from fair to fair together.
