Titania has trademarked the name "She-Hulk" for a new line of beauty products, which angers Walters. Holliway warns Walters that she needs to deal with the situation quickly, and assigns Mallory Book as her attorney for the case. Nikki and Pug come up with a plan to acquire a superhero outfit for Walters from Luke Jacobson, a highly-exclusive tailor, while Book and Walters decide to countersue Titania in the hopes of regaining the She-Hulk trademark. Walters is annoyed to discover that Todd, one of her unsuccessful dates, is also a client at her firm, but this helps her to realize that she can use her dating-app history to establish a past record of her identifying as She-Hulk, before Titania ever tried to gain the trademark. Thanks to her past dates' testimonies, Walters wins the case, and she establishes a tentative friendship with Book. Rhaenyra travels to Storm's End, where, with Lord Boremund Baratheon's assistance, she meets and rejects countless suitors. She returns to King's Landing just as Prince Daemon arrives from the Stepstones on his dragon, Caraxes. Daemon says he was named, "King of the Narrow Sea", but swears allegiance to King Viserys and hands over the crown. As the reunited brothers celebrate with a feast, Queen Alicent confides her loneliness to Rhaenyra, who misses their friendship. Late at night, Rhaenyra, disguised as a boy, sneaks out with Daemon to explore King's Landing; they drink, attend a play, and visit a brothel. Daemon seduces a willing Rhaenyra, but, unable to perform sexually with her, he abruptly leaves. Rhaenyra, fully aroused, instead seduces Ser Criston Cole upon returning to the Red Keep. Ser Otto's spy informs him about Daemon and Rhaenyra's exploits. Alicent overhears Ser Otto telling the king, and she privately questions Rhaenyra, who falsely claims she is still a virgin.

Donny Blaze, a magician who was expelled from Kamar-Taj for unethical use of his powers, sends an audience member named Madisynn to another dimension, where she makes a deal with a demon before being transported to Wong's home in Kamar-Taj. Wong approaches Walters and asks for her help in making an example of Blaze so that people like him will not be able to misuse the Mystic Arts, so they launch a legal case against him. Meanwhile, Walters creates a profile on a dating app in the hopes of expanding her social life, but has little success until she changes it into a profile for She-Hulk. Blaze accidentally unleashes a swarm of demons at one of his shows, but Wong and Walters are able to deal with the creatures, and Walters threatens Blaze into complying with her cease-and-desist order. They are attacked by a sea creature and only one survives, Halbrand of the Southlands, who explains that he is fleeing from Orcs. He and Galadriel work together to survive a storm. Nori and Poppy keep the stranger secret from the other Harfoots and give him food and shelter. He does not speak their language, but uses fireflies and apparent magic to indicate that he is searching for a constellation of stars that Nori does not recognize. Arondir investigates tunnels beneath Horden and is captured. Bronwyn returns to her own town, Tirharad, where an Orc attacks her and Theo. They kill it and use its head as proof of danger to convince the rest of the town to leave. Gil-galad sends the half-Elf Elrond to assist the great Elven smith Celebrimbor, who is planning to build a powerful new forge. While Walters attempts to contact Wong, the news of her appointment as Blonsky's lawyer stirs up public controversy. Walters' former colleague Dennis Bukowski approaches the Superhuman Law Division for a case involving his ex-girlfriend Runa, a shapeshifting Light Elf from New Asgard, who defrauded him by impersonating Megan Thee Stallion; the case is assigned to Walters' coworker Augustus "Pug" Pugliese. Wong meets with Walters and agrees to testify at Blonsky's parole hearing. During the hearing, Wong and several other witnesses make their statements, while Blonsky demonstrates his ability to remain in control as the Abomination. (MINI) In the aftermath of Titania's defeat, Walters gains reputation as a new superhero dubbed "She-Hulk" by the public, much to her dismay. However, she is fired from the district attorney's office for losing the case, which their opponent Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway (GLK&H) declared as a mistrial. After several failed attempts at finding new work, Walters is offered by Holden Holliway to work at GLK&H as the head of their new Superhuman Law Division. Walters accepts on the condition that they also hire her best friend Nikki Ramos as her paralegal. On her first day, Walters learns that Holliway wants her to work as She-Hulk full-time, and her first case is to represent Emil Blonsky for his parole. Though initially reluctant to take on the case, due to Blonsky's past attempt to kill Banner,[a] Walters agrees to meet with Blonsky in prison to hear his plea. She later contacts Banner and also receives his blessing to represent Blonsky, unaware that Banner is traveling

(MINI) Before a court case, lawyer Jennifer Walters tells the viewers about an incident a few months earlier where she and her cousin Bruce Banner were intercepted by a Sakaaran spaceship, and crashed their car. While attempting to get Banner to safety, Walters was cross-contaminated by his blood, causing her to transform into a Hulk. Afterwards, Walters was taken to Banner's secret laboratory in Mexico, where he explained her special genetic condition and offered to help her control her powers. Though she was able to effortlessly handle Banner's training regimen, she rejected the idea of becoming a superhero and abandoning her normal life. She attempted to leave, but was stopped by Banner, and the two fought. Banner reluctantly accepted Walters' wishes and bid her farewell. Back in court, Walters is interrupted by a woman violently bursting through a wall.
