    My guest in this episode is Pat Hiban. After obtaining his Real Estate license in late 1987, Pat sold 10 homes in his first year making 13,700 dollars in commissions. His third year in business, Pat took the Floyd Wickman Sweathog Course and learned that being a listing agent was the way to go.
