We covered a really wide range of topics that started with Simon’s background and long history in the tech world of the Bay Area and dove into Otter.ai - the AI-powered app that is making life much easier for capturing and indexing audio information. In the interview, I mentioned that Otter.ai seems like a “quantum leap” in audio, specifically, human language processing, and I mean it. If you haven’t tried it yet for meetings, transcribing video content, or just about any other speech-related use you should download it and give it a spin (free for 600 minutes of use per month!).
