Jon here again. Still no sign of Dave or Andy from their desert adventure but the Brunch Movies brain trust has the future of the show well in hand. In this episode Todd and I painstakingly reconstruct the lost episode of Cloud Atlas, feed my new podcasting algorithm some new takes and cakes of our own, and discuss the future of the show and how this is definitely not another coup, it's completely sanctioned and a legitimate episode. Hey this is Jon. In the dark again. Not sure the whereabouts of Dave or Andy but their last known recording was the greatest movie... maybe even the greatest brunch movie ever made. I know they went to the desert to record this and managed to get it to me to edit but damn... I hope they're alright. I also hope Todd's not involved again. Meryl Streep gives an incredible performance doing her best Mrs. Doubtfire impression. We'll mansplain blogging and let you know whether this movie about cooking is brunchy or not.

This movie isn't in English. Meaning the brunch boys had to read in order to process this film. And like your brunch menus we recommend that your movies are in English. This also won best picture at an award's show called the Oscars, and Trump said Gone with the Wind should have won so maybe we should have watched that instead? Anyway, beware of birds.
