If you don’t know what crossfit is it’s the type of PE I’ve been doing for the last two years and it’s about weightlifting, gymnastics, mobility and fitness. It gets you in the everything basically but the focus is on functional performance, there are no mirrors, for me I’ve found an incredible community including a new set of real life actual friends. Anyway - once a year there’s a competition that anyone can enter called ‘the open’ and then it’s whittled down to the most insanely fit and strong few people in the whole world and they go and compete in Madison, Wisconsin at The Crossfit Games.
