Carey Hart is a man who has lived a full life to say the least. He was a professional motocross racer in the late 90's and then became a part of the original freestyle motocross crew that helped give birth to the action sports industry. His legacy in freestyle is the first ever backflip on a motocross bike which opened the floodgates to what people perceived possible on a dirtbike. As if that wasn't enough, he married Pink, started a motocross/supercross team with the greatest racer of all time (Ricky Carmichael) and they went on to win a championship at the highest level of competition. Stuart Cooper is a jiu jitsu black belt and the most well known film maker in the bjj community. I met Stuart in Thailand and after our first conversation I knew that he had to come on the podcast. The timeline of our careers are very similar in terms of film making and it was awesome to sit down and talk with someone who has been through so many similar experiences.
