Half Moon Bay Landlord Abel Cabral is the Clown of the Day after getting caught on camera doing unspeakable acts inside one new couple's apartment!!Paul Arihara and Leina Sarafina would come home to their one-bedroom Half Moon Bay apartment to find drained alcohol bottles and puddles of urine on the floor, but nothing else out of place!Before the hidden cameras showed them what was really going on, the couple said the mystery was driving them apart."He though I was the alcoholic," Sarafina, a sales representative for an alcohol beverage distributor, told KTVU.Now the couple is planning to file a lawsuit against Abel Cabral, the landlord. He confessed to entering the apartment to local news outlets and explained that he has since entered a "substance detox program."

The boy said Maria would pick him and another teen up to buy them Chinese food and alcohol.Maria was immediately suspended from his $75,513 teaching position with pay.
