There's only so much time in the day, and you can't create more of it. Unfortunately for me, that was always a concept I struggled with understanding. Growing up, I would always try to do too many things at once, and inevitably something would suffer. My grades in school suffered, my relationships with friends and family suffered, but worst of all? My mental health suffered. It wasn't until later in life that I realized that if I want to be successful at anything- I need to focus on one thing at a time.
