This week I wanted to focus on the kitchen and in particular on the kitchen zones. The kitchen is a major hub of all houses – you, your family, flatmates, maid - have to go in there at least once a day to find food, drinks and other things (if you store junk in there as well). This week I wanted to talk about a new type of clutter that has erupted… the Home Edit clutter. The Home Edit is owned by two sucessful professional organisers based in the USA. They have a successful company, books, tv show and products which are sold in Walmart and the Container Store. I can’t hate on them, but I have got issues with their “organising with style ethos”, specificially the rainbow colouring and over use of boxes. Firstly, I want to apologise for my husky voice today. I had COVID (yep it finally got me) and my voice went funny. That is also why there was no new episode last week so sorry about that. 14 children and a teacher were killed in Texas by a gun man. I am not normally political on the business side of my social media and podcast life, but seeing this happen again has upset me as well as millions of people.
