I've come across this a few times with clients, and thought it would be a good idea to go over what clutter is really junk, even if it seems usable sometimes. It doesn't matter how much cities talk about being smart, the retailers, especially in this region haven't received the memo and are still handing us receipts. Often they are very long and two (one for the card and the other for all the things we bought of course!). What do you do with the receipts after you have received them? I have been buying more and more products that are sustainable and better for the environment recently. For this weeks episode, I got inspiration from Chirag and his (although he denies it - disorganised) car. I have been in many cars which have been a hot mess of clutter and it does make me angsty. Being in a small confined space with clutter and me being an annoying backseat driver is never a good combination. We live in an era of tea and coffee drinkers. There are so many types of both beverages, which means even more boxes, cups, jars, pots, and machines for these drinks to be made. Often I find the cups are in one place, tea bags somewhere else and the coffee machine far, far away. You check the item and it doesn’t fit, it’s broken, it’s the wrong item, etc. Sigh. Now you have the ordeal of returning it back.
