Elizabeth began by telling RNIB Connect Radio’s Toby Davey about the main best ways to be prepared for the summer, what to have in your first aid kit, ensuring that you are up-to-date with all your medications and making sure you have enough in advance if you are going away on holiday over the summer. Then on to why some people have a very severe reaction to stings and the types of treatment available for those people who do have a bad reaction to a sting.
