Will you be able to convince a player who has the potential to lead your team? Why are they reluctant? How can you help them?

Have you had a player or players that were disruptive either obviously or behind the scenes. How did you deal with them? Were you able to reach them?

What coaches have influenced your career? What made them so special? Do you have those characteristics or traits?
