So we asked our friend Jimmy Findlay, co-owner of Wauwatiki located on the East side of Wauwatosa to join us and make history by being our first ever interview via Zoom call! Jimmy tells us all about the innovative ways they've come up with to keep the business running during a time when people aren't allowed to hang out in a bar or restaurant. In the conclusion of our interview with Black Twig Bakery owners, Chelsea Zweig and Julia Block, we talk about their plans for a reality TV show, high school sports, and ancient baking myths. We also inadvertently stumble into exactly why their new bakery got it's name and at the same time create our own drinking game - as Chris tries over and over to get their names right.
