Yes, because the makeup and structure of the church layout remove the tradition from the people. I would like it to be more open to the discussion while in service.  3.) What would you change in ministry or church? the way of the teaching with an example of and stay raw as possible. learn how to worship together. Help people who do not have reading comprehension. I would have changed how to handle people, I would have known how to handle different types of people and choose the correct people to place in ministry. I also know how to separate my personal life from ministry.
