First year campers (and cousins) Evan and Russell Rosenthal join me to talk about today's instructional activities, MCAA League action, Twilight League, and one of our favorite camp fire skit nights....Song Night 2019!! What a day at camp! A day like today needs twice the star power for an appropriate recap, so I call upon not one, but TWO Shefrens to help me. Cooper and Brody come on the pod to talk about Big Ten Instructional activities, MCAA league action and our first social of the summer: a massive Carnival with Camp Agawak!

Happy second session everybody, and or those of you new to camp, welcome to the podcast! Each night I (Jason) sit down with a few campers to hear about their day and talk about everything going on at camp. Tonight on this bitter sweet episode of the podcast, we celebrate the end of an incredible session at camp. As is tradition, the CIT's join me tonight on their last night as a cabin group to recap first session, talk about their highlights and shout out amazing moments they have seen this summer. We also talk about the things they are excited about and nervous for as they all prepare to move into cabins for second session. This is a really special group of guys and I think you'll love what they have to say. 

Good evening everybody! On this special episode of the podcast we have Brayden Subrin and Fin Doran join us to recap an action packed day at camp. As is tradition (for the last 3 years) the last Wednesday of first session is dedicated to our King of the Camp Championships. We had hundreds of points on the board today and Fin and Brayden help me break down how the day went. We also mixed in a little CM Rock Band show.

On this very. special episode of the pod I am joined by CITs Kase Ratzlaff and Jack Behar. We cover the beginning of the King of the Camp playoffs, what they are looking forward to come the twilight league playoff, and dive in a little to the counselor softball game that CM played in this week. 

On this late night episode of the pod I am joined by the Jacks (Kaplan and Forman) who hosted the Camper Council this week. They bring suggestions from the campers for new campfires, skit nights and evening programs. Then we spend a little time at the end talking about Town Day. Hope you enjoy!

On this EXCLUSIVE episode of the camp cast we are, once again, making history. Today, as the boys from CM socialized with the lovely ladies over at Chippewa Ranch Camp, Sari Hirsch (Assoc. Director CRC) and I hosted a live podcast event. We set up a booth at the social and opened up the mic to everyone and anyone that wanted to join. We had SO MUCH FUN! I think the CRC girls were a little more eager to be on the pod than the CM boys, but we had some phenomenal guests. With so many people in and out and the social going on, the recording definitely got a little messy at times, but trust me, it's worth it! Enjoy...

On this super special extra fantastic 4th and 5th of July episode I am joined by Simon Mann and Neo Schneider! We discuss the historic start to British & American that took place at Camp Marimeta during our social (the first time we have EVER done it off CM grounds), as well as our first day of B&A and our first intercamp competition of the summer with our friends from Camp Timberlane. Simon and Neo were great guests so enjoy. 

On this mini-mega edition of the Camp Cast I am thrilled to be joined by counselors Jake Hoodack (Nate 2019) and Zach "Zeke" Quen. They just got back from their 11-year old canoe trip and Copper Falls camping trip, respectively, and are eager to share ALL of the stories from those trips. We go deep into each trip, major highlights, upgrades from 2018 trips and so much more. They share some really special camper moments and many "Menominee Firsts". This is a very robust ep so we hope you enjoy. It is also just a sample of all the great trip stories that will come from your boys in a trip-week mega pod later this week!

Oh boy you are all in for a treat tonight! We are lucky enough to have our outstanding photographer Imelda and our incredible CNA Allie on to discuss another spectacular day at camp. We cover activities, Menominee firsts for some of our boys (and for Imelda and Allie) and they share their impressions of camp after two weeks at the friendly confines. I also take time to discuss what parents should expect during trip week, where their boys are going and what they will be doing. You don't want to miss this one!

As is tradition I am joined by the SENIOR CABIN in the pod studio for this special episode of the Camp Cast. This week they held a meeting with representatives from every cabin in camp to talk about ways we can "spice up camp". On the pod today they share all of the camper suggestions and provide me with verbal lashing about things that can be improved at camp :). Enjoy!

We had such an action packed day that we went late today so my guest on the pod is not a camper this evening, but our Head Counselor and podcast guest favorite Josh Ingram! We talk about the start to our intracamp competition 'Sun & Wind', more king of the camp league action and a hilarious 'Commercial Night' skit night. Hope you enjoy!

On this very special Sunday edition of the Camp Cast Jason is joined by the ENTIRE Senior Cabin live in studio. The boys from 18 help Jason bring one of our favorite camp traditions to the podcast: Ask the Director. Each week the Senior Cabin hosts a "camper's only" council where boys from each cabin come give their suggestions on ways to improve camp. They then take those suggestions and read them live over the PA system to Jason for his instant reactions and commitments. We turned it into a pod this week so we hope you enjoy!
