I’m fine taking time out to fast doing this special time of the month. Drinking plenty of water eating plenty of vegetables and food and flushing my body of all sugars. You guys stay tune as I continue this journey for a healthy life in a wealthy life.

People in the work place can be so rude. It's called a workplace for a reason. Just think, if we worked in enviornment with everyone, from the same background!
