This psalm is all about the real hope we have in God because of his great love for us.  Psalm 130 tells the story of salvation: Mercy from God, forgiveness with God, hope in God, and redemption by God.  Our job is to tell the story.   Title: Hope Series: Pilgrim Songs Text: Psalm 130 Speaker: Nick Duffel   Discussion Questions:   Have you ever cried out to God “from the depths”?  What was the situation? We worship the God who helps those in need! Psalm 124 is a celebration of God’s help for his people. Psalm 23 is one of the most well-known passages of Scripture. It is so widely read because people everywhere experience pain, suffering, and trials. Everyone wants to be free, yet few understand what freedom truly means. Freedom is not about the ability to do whatever you want. It’s about being able to live the life that you were created for.
