  • Episode 18 - What makes a Sociopath?

    27/01/2019 Duración: 39min

What makes a Sociopath? This came into my head after watching the Shane Dawson YouTube documentary series on Jake Paul being accused of being a sociopath and looking into it. Maybe it's the person who is quiet in your class. Maybe it's the teacher. Or maybe it's ME? 'Budget your time and pick 3 things that you need to focus on so that you do not spread yourself too thin'. This was advice I got from a good friend  I have made over the past year. I have did 3 things this week that I have never done. If you want to know what they are, then you know what to do. The book I mentioned was How to win friends and influence people in the digital age by Dale Carnegie Associates. Go and check out my Happy Mediums podcast with Tamzin Lena Snelling on my Twitter, Instagram (@garethgrafferty)or Soundcloud account.  Have an amazing week.

  • Episode 15 - Are You A Lamb, Sheep Or Sheepdog?

    27/01/2019 Duración: 43min

This week I thought a lot about the unborn leaders that have dreams that may never by fulfilled. I looked in a different light at the different types of people. Sometimes people put their goals off for other people. I don't want to regret when I am older so a lot of this weeks topics come very close to my heart.  Meeting new people that I didn't expect to get so much value from is something I realized this week. Prejudgements are often wrong and it can be a great feeling to have a prejudgement that is wrong. Also seeing the passion in peoples eyes this week was amazing to see. One of these people I met was called Tamzin. She is a content creator working hard at the content she creates. Go and check her out on YouTube (Tamzin Lena), Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram @Tamzinlena. The book I have been reading is called How to win friends and influence people in the digital age by Dale Carnegie.

This episode dives deep into my personal life. What happened to me and my family and where everyone currently is. This came into my head after visiting my family on Monday 3rd September 2018. No-one likes sleepless nights. Especially when you can't figure out why you are having sleepless nights. This is where I am at. Unanswered questions can sometimes be a distraction to life. I have been having some questions that I struggle to find a specific answer for.  This week I started the 5am challenge. If you want to know how it's going. Check out the podcast. 5am Challenge inspired by Willie Morris Instagram: @garethgrafferty Fiverr: Website to look for a freelance designer  Luke Williams I had a meeting with.
