Recent earning calls have revealed some juicy information for the future of Activision, plus some crazy numbers for companies like Apple in the gaming space. The Nintendo Switch has secured its spot as the 5th highest selling console to date with very little sign of stopping. Sony has just announced that the are going to be acquiring the studio behind the Destiny franchise, Bungie. What does this mean? Respawn may not be making Titanfall 3, but they are working on 3 Star Wars Games. Meanwhile, Microsoft gave us some player numbers for Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite. Steam has finally announced a release date for the Steam Deck. And last but not least, Metroid Prime has shown signs of life. Every year, we take one episode to run through all of the nominations, give our opinions on who should win, and predict who will actually win.
