Cheeze Pleeze With Snarfdude & Daffodil

Is there a market for a second rate cartoon character singing sesame street songs? There seems to be. Some Harmonica Hits of the cheezy kind and a naughty suggestive chart topping cheezy from the disco era that might get you in trouble today.

Fe Fi Fo Fum...We look at giant songs this week on the show! (shame we can't rhyme!) We'll help you polka around the smart speaker if you wish, (or just dance in your chair!) and nothing says country music like the sound of a tuba now does it? We'd like to think so, for this week anyway.

Commander Cody is our album spotlight this week, while a visit to the limburger lounge brings us a real stinky piece of loungy cheeze and we discuss the whereabouts of the mysterious slewfoot creature. Is it wacky, warped and weird enough for ya? We hope so.   

Back when kids had just record players and not smart phones we look at vintage children's music, disco and polka together? A strange set of instrumentals, and a chart topping cheezie about a guy and his pink shoelaces. 

It's a trip back to the wholesome 60s this week and we muscle in on a "Muscle Beach Party for all the 98 pound weaklings, dig into the cheezified beatles songs once again and check out a song you'd expect to be a favorite of a modern stone age family! 

We conclude our 2 part tribute to the "1966 Batmania" hype surrounding the Batman TV series of the 1960s with my celebraity cast records and facts and foolishness of your humble hosts. Holy Coolness!

Holy cracker barrel folks!!! We begin a two part salute to the "1966 Batmania" music surrounding the classic 1966 Batman TV series as we play the songs sung by the stars and others related music out to cash in on the whole Batman campy schtick! To the bat radio Snarf and Daffy!

A look at the songs and story of "Romper Room" a children's TV franchise powerhouse of the late 20th century, a medley of children's songs....the pipe organ edition, and wait, who knew Hip Hop music could be silly and cheezy! We didn't, until we got this week's artist submission on why would you want to play that!    

This week, it's another Celebrity Slip Up Special, with the vocal stylings of the known and forgotten celebrities of Film and TV shows of the past...from the likes of Joe Pesci, Dick Van Dyke....a US Senator...and can you believe Sylvester "Rocky/Rambo" Stallone? you should!   

We take a look at Phil Harris...from cartoons to music albums, we're betting you have heard his voice, instrumentals of the campy and happy kind, and a bit of some over the top schmaltzy cheeze from a talk show host of the 70s that hit the top 10 in the 60s. Even in the era of the beatles, the cheeze was a plentiful.

Harry "Day-O" Belafonte just seems to have more and more cheeze we can present for your ear piercing pleasure, bouncy and car drivin instrumentals (including a artist submission) while macho celebrity Burt Reynolds is getting all schmaltzy? We could believe it either...that's why this Celebrity Slip Up has just gotta be played.  

It's a profile.....on a man named Brady...and the kids as we look at the music of The Brady Bunch this week (can you believe there was a lot of it??) some fun ragtime instrumentals, and shaming your ears into some 70s cheeze.  

Recycling a playlist we try to remember how those songs are tied into Irwin, the dude that plays his organ is back...and a veteran TV soap star that sings the beatles. This really seems to be a long and winding episode of CP this week.   

It's that time again where Daffy's enjoys a few of her favorite pieces of cheeze because it's her birthday...but wait, do we hear a few new songs? and what's with snarf and a surprise of a unexpected birthday gift for Daffy? Inquiring minds will have to listen....

Our hosts have decided to take a week off, but they leave you with a CP Classic of the time they went out and about in a boat, profiling ALF, a look at the incredible guy named John Davidson and the usual cheezy and kitchy instrumentals you know and hate!

But WAIT There's More!!!! We extend a CP Christmas, ending 2020 on a high note with christmas parodies of what is undeniably affecting all of us this year! Covid 19. Being home so much brings out the parody in a lot of people. Odd perhaps, but that's our show isn't it? Hope you enjoy!!!

Continuing with a Cheeze Pleeze Christmas 2020, our third show of the season always focuses on celebrities. The usual cast of celebs pop by, virtually reuniting the stars of "Fantasy Island" on record, two Starfleet Captains crooning Christmas Cuts and hey, the Hoff and Greg drop by...did we mention someone put a lot of caffeine in Snarf's egg nog? Are you really surprised anymore? really??? I would say I would be, but I write this crap!

As a Cheeze Pleeze Christmas 2020 rolls on, we focus on some of the kids songs of Christmases past. Snarf and Daffy help pack things for a local hospital, and well, Snarf doesn't sound his usual self this week....listen to find out why!
