Cheeze Pleeze With Snarfdude & Daffodil

Our hosts wanted a couple weeks off to themselves, so we dig into the vault for a two parter look at some of the world's worst records this weekend and next. From what we understand they want to squeeze in as much beach time as they can before it gets too cold. Enjoy!

A profile of an album that humourously looks at the trials and tribulations of deliving into the popular hobby of CB radio in the 1970s, you can smile while we bring out the polka music and every cliche of 1970s country music in one record, it's stopping at the Limburger Lounge for a brief visit this week.

I reckon the show goes back to the old 1960s TV western world of "Gunsmoke" as one of the cast's curmungeon's takes to song and probably shouldn't. Another organ that isn't that magical and cheezy message music from that "candy man" rat pack member getting serious for the kids...way outta sight man.

It's the middle of the night where Snarf and Daffy are, so they maybe a bit dozey this week as they focus on a singer turned network news man for decades, some accordion tunes for all and another visit to the Limburger Lounge again, which sort goes with this week's insomnia driven show trying to help them get to sleep.

Our hosts finally get to broadcast from the beach this summer, and pick a cheesy beach movie of the past to profile in between hiding from the sun, some Barq Rock of the Beatles Kind, and a 70s lounge lizard with a lizardy tune appears in the Limburger Lounge.

A look at the music from a largely forgotten Harlem Globetrotters cartoon, more organ delights of old, and a Spongebob Squarepants tune from a indigeous group that's kinda fun .

We throw caution to the wind this week and go all muppets for a muppet music special...muppet facts, muppet music but we can say the hosts are not muppets, which may or may not be a good thing.

Love laughter and chicken cheeze from Bobby G Griffiths, while a classic goes polka, and a chart topping cheezy tribute to Muhammad Ali....be careful, he floats like a butterfly and may sting like a bee.

We delve into songs that are suppose to tickle the funny bone years ago, but they seem more intense by today's standards, some more polka to dance around too, and a catbox cover song that well......you have to hear it yourself to see if are thinking creepy thoughts like Snarf and Daffy

A children's music artists sings hippos and bellybuttons...some classic rock songs without the classic rock sound, and an elvis impersonator who daffy thinks really isn't one....some of these things are not what they should be....

Our hosts crawl along the cutting floor to scrape up bits of cheeze from the 1967 Doctor Doolittle film, some very "un-rock" sounding versions of classic rock tunes, and well, time to change the catbox out and grab another terrible cover song.

Round up yer friends pawtner....for cowboys who sort of sing....stars of the popular western TV series Bonanza, popular in the 1960s and 70s, welcome you into their home to croon a tune this week on our Bonanza Singing Special.

We'll hang out with Allan Sherman and play cheezy parody songs so get ready to swing your liver, Klaus actually does an entire song insteas of medleys and a monkee goes crazy on a record....yep more of the same you can hang out at the water cooler and tell everyone about...or is it a zoom call these days?

Expanding on our "letter" shows we have decided to start spelling words....this week we present our "EAR" show...songs with titles starting in E A and R. Who knows, you might see spot run on our show yet!

We're getting thrifty with our music, as we track down a couple tunes about going to thrift stores, a side trip to hawaii with some uke sounds, and bro country is a thing, so we spin a tune poking fun and the whole thing...oh sorry.....should say "tribute". Go cry in your beer if you don't like it.

Our Hosts are back on the road and head to the thrift store DVD shelf to review the soundtrack from "Barnyard" we will forgive you if you don't remember it, who knew heavily metal music makes great sleepy lullaby music and a celebrity slip up from one of Hazzard County's finest....who crashed a few cars in his day, sings about cars, but at least doesn't crash the one he's singing about.

Old enough to remember when someone shot JR from TV's Dallas? If you're not, we'll get you up to speed with cheezy records about this epic television event, music to sooth the savage plants and a Celebrity Slip that....well, it's a closely guarded secret as much as Who Shot JR was (until you read the list that is!!)
