The Red Sox were shutout, 2-0, by the Toronto Blue Jays in the Series Finale at Fenway Park Thursday night.  Sox went just 2-5 on their Homestand against the Diamondbacks and Blue Jays and are now on the road for their next 6 games.  Sox streak of 76 straight games without being shutout ended on Thursday and it's the 6th time this season where the Sox were blanked.  The Sox were held to just 2 hits singles on the night by Bowden Francis and 2 Toronto relievers.       -----On the Board 1st: The Blue Jays took a 1-0 lead in the 3rd Inning on a 2-out RBI Double from Vladimir Guerrero Jr.  The Jays with more 2-out magic again in the 6th with Addison Barger keeping the inning alive with a 2-out Double and he scored on a Double from Ernie Clement to make it 2-0.  -----Limited Offense: Red Sox did not have a hit and managed only 1 base runner over the 1st 5 Innings against Toronto's starting pitcher, Bowden Francis.  Nick Sogard, promoted from Triple-A Worcester earlier in the day, reached with a 1-out Single in the

The Red Sox made hit back-to-back wins with a 3-0 win over the Toronto Blue Jays Wednesday night at Fenway Park. The Red Sox never trailed in returning to the win column Tuesday night with a 6-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays at Fenway Park.  The Red Sox ended a 4-game losing streak overall and also ended a 5-game losing streak at Fenway Park with the victory.  Sox scored 3 in the 1st Inning and added 3 more runs in the 5th Inning.  The Sox are 1-4 on their current Home Stand with 2 more to go.  -----On The Board 1st: Jarren Duran led off the Home 1st Inning with his 20th Home Run of the season.  It was his 5th career Home Run to leadoff a game and 3rd this season. The Red Sox home struggles continued with a 7-5 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks Sunday afternoon.  Diamondbacks came back from a 4-0 deficit to complete the series sweep over the Sox.  Arizona improves to 20-5 over its last 25 games and the D-Backs ​are now 19 games over .500 for the 1st time this season.  Sox are 5 games over .500 for the 1st time since June 30th at 44-39 with win over Padres.     -----Comeback D-Backs: The Diamondbacks were held scoreless over the 1st 4 Innings by Tanner Houck but scored 3 in the 5th and 3 more in the 6th on a 3-run Home Run from Eugenio Suarez. Sox swept in a series for the 5th time this season and the 3rd time at Fenway. The Red Sox returned home after a successful 4-3 Road Trip through Baltimore and Houston and dropped the series opener, 12-2, to the Arizona Diamondbacks Friday night at Fenway Park. The Red Sox evened up their series at 1-1 with the Astros with a 6-5 victory Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park. The Red Sox are now 3-3 on their current 7-Game Road Trip that wraps up Wednesday afternoon. The Sox ended a 7-game losing streak against the Astros that dated back to last season. ----- Have A Night!- Jarren Duran had a huge night at the plate in leading the Red Sox to their 1st win of the season against the Astros. Duran broke a 5-5 tie in the 8th Inning with his 2nd Home Run of the Series and his 17th on the year. Duran led off the game with a Double and went 4-for-4 on the night with a walk and 3 runs scored.
