This week’s episode is about being led; a good leader is at the same time a great student. Everyone needs to continue to grow. Remaining teachable and searching for ways to continuously improve is the sign of a truly great leader. Learning from a mentor or from someone else's mistakes can save you the pain of making them yourself. Whether it is from one or many, someone you know or through books, everyone needs other leaders.

The question I have been asked by so many people is, "How come you are still on your feet, doing things in the ministry and aiming at finishing strong? In this episode I will unpack 4 areas in which I have noticed can stop ministers from finishing strong in the calling God has given them. 1) Taking appropriate breaks. 2) Don't be over righteous much and don't be over wicked much. 3) Finances and Salary. 4) Family life and Marriage.

Ps Phil teaches us how to build a great and the importance of team for any successful organisation. Team building is about building individuals, and at the same time building the team corporately. Both practices feed into each other. Great individuals are developed through interacting with others. Team building is discipleship 101. We think of things together we never would have apart from each other.

Decision Maker - With Thought, Empathy and Wisdom. In this episode, Phil Pringle talks about the importance of making decisions as a leader. For a leader, decisions are steps. Steps are walking, moving and creating movement. Movement is momentum. Your team's momentum depends on you as the leader continually taking steps, making bold decisions.

This week’s episode is focused on problem solving. As Leaders we have to accept the fact that we will face more problems than most. Your problems are the pathway to your purpose.
