    Captain Jörgen Lorén is a Master Mariner, currently working on STENA DANICA, a passenger vessel, trading between Sweden and Denmark. Jörgen is an authority when it comes to training massevacuation from passenger vessels, testing new life saving equipment and taking part in developing a new way of thinking when it comes to rescue at sea.  Jörgen works closely with the Swedish Sea Rescue Society which is responsible for 70 per cent of all sea rescues in Sweden and receives no government funding. As the testing and training needs a real and lifelike environment, #Stena is contributing with a Ship and a Captain and that is where Jörgen fits in.     Carl Johan Hagman has a long and successful background within the international shipping industry. Trained as a maritime lawyer in his native Sweden, Hagman spent the first eight years of his career with Walleniusrederierna AB and its affiliate Wallenius Wilhelmsen Lines. 2002-2007 he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eukor Car Carriers Inc. based in Seoul, Korea. In 2007 Carl-Johan returned to Sweden as Chief Executive Officer of Rederi AB Transatlantic and left for Höegh Autoliners AS in Oslo in 2008. He joined Stena in 2011 and is currently head of all maritime activities within the Stena Group.  Having lived and worked in Asia for 22 years, Carl-Johan has gained a unique understanding of different business cultures and he is very engaged in leadership issues.
