Special guest speaker, Steve Carter, brings the Believe series to a close with a very relevant message on the topic of Humility.

Pastor Larry Davis introduces a very special guest who delivers the next message in the Believe series on the subject of Gentleness... Getting Power Under Control. Karl Romeus, the student ministry director at Bayside Church in Roseville, brings his unique sense of humor and style to a very relevant topic that is sure to keep your attention. 

Pastor Ken Jensen continues the Believe series with a message on becoming Faithful, using Dr. Suess' "Horton Hatches the Egg" as an example we can all relate to.  Message delivered by Ken Jensen.

Pastor Jerry Shenk Jr. continues the theme introduced last week of Kindness/Goodness with a message that speaks to those of us who believe we know what being "good" really is.  Message presented by Jerry Shenk, Jr.

Special Guest, Ricky Mena (aka Spiderman), joins Pastor Larry Davis for an uplifting story of how God can reshape a persons future to reach a lost and hurting world with Kindness. Ricky responded to God's calling and now ministers to terminally ill children in hospitals as the superhero, Spiderman, bringing joy to these special children and their parents.  Presented as an interview with Ricky Meena by Larry Davis. 

Special guest, Dave Dravecky, former pitcher for the SF Giants, brings a message of incredible courage and patience born out of a series of events that culminated in the pitch heard around the world. Both Dave and his wife, Jan, have since demonstrated a total dependence on faith and firmly believe that God truly had something more in mind for Dave than just a career in major league baseball.   Message presented by Dave Dravecky.

(Hebrews 6:11-19) Hope is essential to our faith. It inspires us, sustains us and keeps us moving forward toward a future that we cannot control. Message presented by Pastor Ken Jensen.

(John 6:1-4) Self control is not only about the discipline to stop doing things that destroy but also about the discipline to do the things that build us up.  When we develop healthy discipline to engage in the spiritual practices, we speed up our spiritual growth rate. Message presented by Pastor Larry Davis. 

(Galatians 5:22, 23; Philippians 4:4-13) As we grow in love we are freed of our fears and self-interest. And that new freedom allows us to experience greater joy. 

God's desire for us is not just that we would act in a more loving way, but that we would actually become love. 

Jerry Shenk, Northgate Students, brings the Summer Soundtrack series to a close with a great study on the hymn "Great Is Thy Faithfulness". 

Pastor Larry Davis has recounts the tragic story that resulted in one of the church's most endearing hymns of all time...  "It Is Well With My Soul".

Pastor Jesse Peterson kicks off the new summer series "Summer Soundtracks" with a special message exploring the classic Hymn, "Amazing Grace".

After 28 years of serving as Northgate's only senior pastor, Ken Jensen formally turns over the responsibility of leading the church into its next season of growth and maturity to his successor, Larry Davis. During this special service, Pastor Ken, Pastor Larry and the Board gather before the church body to make the transition official.
