  • In The Spirit

    09/01/2022 Duración: 45min

“I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, which said: “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.” - Revelation 1:9-11 (NIV) Who is He? “If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,” - John 14:15-16 (ESV) 3 Things About Who He Is: 1.) He is my HELPER. 3 Ways He Helps: a.) Sin b.) Of Righteousness c.) Judgement 2.) He is my FRIEND. 3.) He is MY GOD. “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of ever

  • Reconcile

    02/01/2022 Duración: 41min

To Reconcile means to restore relationship, to exist in harmony, make consistent with one another. "17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 18 And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 20 So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.” -2 Corinthians 5:17-21 NLT 2 Corinthians 6:2b “...i tell you, NOW is the time of God’s favor NOW is the day of salvation...” "[37] On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is t

  • When God Works

    26/12/2021 Duración: 39min

1.) God Works All Around. “Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.” - Luke 1:18 (ESV) God doesn’t always work in a way we would expect - and the Christmas story proves that. The Christmas story reminds us that God is working in a way you may not understand, “But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.” - Matthew 1:20 (ESV) His silence is not a sign of His absence. His delays are not a sign of denial. We don’t know how long it was between the time Mary told him and the angel appeared to him, but it was enough time for him to wrestle with the situation. “But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear

  • When God Speaks

    19/12/2021 Duración: 38min

“This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.” -Matthew 1:18a (NIV) “Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.” - Matthew 1:18 (ESV) 1.) God Speaks To Us. “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.” - Romans 1:20 (NIV) The longer you wait to obey, the less sure you are that God has spoken. The longer you wait, the harder it becomes.

  • Birth Announcement

    12/12/2021 Duración: 41min

"And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” A great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.” So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger." - Luke 2:8-16 (NIV) The greatest announcement ever - 1.) Do not b

    01/12/2021 Duración: 46min

Part 1 Recap - “Those who live to bless others will have blessings heaped upon them, and the one who pours out his life to pour out blessing, will be saturated with favor.” -Proverbs 11:25 (Passion) 1. This House Is Anointed 2. This House Is About Others 3. This House Needs Your House Now What? 4. This house is where miracles happen. "Elisha replied to her, “How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?”“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a little oil.” -2 Kings 4:2 (NIV) “Do not despise the days of small beginnings” -Zechariah 4:10 (NLT) "Then go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting the jars aside as they are filled.” -2 Kings 4:4 (NLT) "She left him and afterward shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring." - 2 Kings 4:5 (NIV) - It’s in the House of God where we see multiplication - where miracles happen. It’s where God uses your little o

  • Thankfulness is not a Feeling

    24/11/2021 Duración: 32min

"But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the LORD.” And the LORD commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land." -Jonah 2:9-10 (NIV) 1. Gratitude from deep down Thankfulness is not dependent on what is happening around us. Thankfulness is dependent on what is happening inside us. “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise” - Psalm 100:4 (NIV) 2. He is enough 3. We can’t give feelings "I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living." - Psalm 27:13 (NIV)

This month, we will be hearing from the leadership of our church and what it means to them to finish the journey. "One day the widow of a member of the group of prophets came to Elisha and cried out, “My husband who served you is dead, and you know how he feared the Lord. But now a creditor has come, threatening to take my two sons as slaves. “What can I do to help you?” Elisha asked. “Tell me, what do you have in the house?” “Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil,” she replied. And Elisha said, “Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbors. Then go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.” So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another. Soon every container was full to the brim! “Bring me another jar,” she

  • Together

    02/11/2021 Duración: 46min

"Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life." - 1 Timothy 6:17 - 19 (NIV) 1.) Let's Go Together. 2.) Let's Give Together. "Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—a

    17/10/2021 Duración: 51min

“When Joshua was by Jericho, he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man was standing before him with his drawn sword in his hand. And Joshua went to him and said to him, “Are you for us, or for our adversaries?” And he said, “No; but I am the commander of the army of the Lord. Now I have come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped and said to him, “What does my lord say to his servant?” And the commander of the Lord's army said to Joshua, “Take off your sandals from. Now Jericho was shut up inside and outside because of the people of Israel. None went out, and none came in. And the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and mighty men of valor. You shall march around the city, all the men of war going around the city once. Thus shall you do for six days. Seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark. On the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets. And when they mak

    10/10/2021 Duración: 42min

“Early in the morning Joshua and all the Israelites set out from Shittim and went to the Jordan, where they camped before crossing over. After three days the officers went throughout the camp, giving orders to the people: “When you see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the Levitical priests carrying it, you are to move out from your positions and follow it. Then you will know which way to go, since you have never been this way before. But keep a distance of about two thousand cubits between you and the ark; do not go near it.” Joshua told the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will do amazing things among you.” - Joshua 3:1-5 (NIV) - Before He does something AMONG us, He needs to do something IN us. Consecrate yourselves today because God wants to do something TODAY so you can see him TOMORROW. “For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.” - 2 Corinth
