Although the Bible records many many martyrs who lost their life just for their life as a witness for Jesus Christ, history records literally thousands upon thousands who did the same.

Jesus calls us to be martyrs in the sense that no matter what we go through, our lives should be a witness of His presence in our lives.

Sometimes the things we give up for Christ are the greatest witness of our love for Christ.

Sometimes we forget that the Best of the Story is God, the creator of the universe, wants His best for our lives, and that He is not done giving us His best.

In this message we don't just talk about surrendering our families, we pray for and with them as we surrender every one of our families to God

Are we working for God or working for fun? If we surrender our work life to God then we are doing both.

The world doesn't have an economic problem, it has a spending propblem. It has a spending problem because it has a want problem: we want more and more stuff. But what would it look like to surrender all our passions, desires of our heart, and all our wants to God?

Worship is not about music, whether it be contemporary, hymn, or traditional. It's about acknowledging, respecting, and surrendering to the sovereignty of God.

If there is anything which affronts God it must surely be the sight of men and women bowing in worship to sticks and stones or paper and precious metals. But what if we bowed to no one but God and gave Him sovereign rule over our lives?
