In the last episode of the Best Possible Taste before the summer 2021 break, Sharon Noonan talks to Paul Moore about his food journey that started in his mother’s kitchen making chilli sauce with his brother to sell at his local farmer’s markets and food festivals around the country before deciding to go full time in 2014 with his business Rebel Chilli. And We hear from renowned pastry chef Aoife Noonan who has enjoyed success in Michelin Star kitchens and is now pursuing her love of teaching and sharing her passion for patisserie.

Then we turn our attention to a nationwide home delivery vegetable box service thanks to 28 year old entrepreneur Fergus Halpin. Fergus is the founder of Harvest Day a mission-driven startup that describes its service as “the next best thing to shopping at the farmers gate.”
