Morning Manna

Happy Thanksgiving! Psalm 100:4 says this... “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” Press in to gratitude today and bless His name!

Psalm 46:10–11: “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge.” Sometimes its hard to be still. Life gets very busy and draws us away from personal time with God. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

2 Samuel 22:2–4 says this... “And he said: ‘The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; the God of my strength, in whom I will trust, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge; my Savior, You save me from violence. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.’” Wow... focus on who the Lord is today in our lives!

What a great verse to start our day and our week. Lamentations 3:22–23: “Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” May we today, make that our focus and encourage others with it.

Listen to what 2 Timothy 1:7 says... “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Are you experiencing fear in your life? Focus on God's Word and experience His love and a sound mind.

Isaiah 60:1–3 says this... “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.” May we all shine God's light today!

John 15:12 says this... "This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." Let's talk about this on today's Morning Manna and make this our mission today.

Psalm 122:6–7 says this... “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May they prosper who love you. Peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces.'” Let's talk about peace on today's Morning Manna.

Listen to what Paul says in 2 Timothy 2:1: “You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” Thank you Jesus for the amazing grace You have given us. Help us today to be strong in that Grace.

Jesus said in Luke 14:27: “And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple.” What does it mean to bear His cross? Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

2 Corinthians 10:4–5 says this... “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,” Let's talk about spriritual warfare on today's Morning Manna.

  Deuteronomy 33:25 says this... “As your days, so shall your strength be.” How powerful it is that God gives us needed strength for each day. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Exodus 16:31 says this... “And the house of Israel called its name Manna. And it was like white coriander seed, and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.” God's Word is the bread of life... the manna we need every day. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna,
