If you are a Christian, you are bearing fruit and you will never be condemned. However, those who are outside of Christ will face judgement.

Holiness - a life of devotion to God - is the fruit that God wants to see in His people

Today, from Luke 13, we see how we are to handle the death of others by natural disasters and accidents. 

The death of others should inspire us to reflect on our death and whether we are ready to meet God in judgement.

God wants us to become fruitful trees and help others to become fruitful trees through 'digging and fertilising.'  Matt preaches on Luke 13:1-9

Aș people respond to signs that they see in nature, so we are to believe the signs about Jesus and receive Him as Lord and Saviour.

Jesus’ baptism into death plunges us into a new life that involves salvation and may attract rejection.

We are to do what we know to be Jesus’ will. To know what’s right but fail to do it is a very serious thing!

Each of us is to be a ‘faithful and wise manager’ in the ways that Jesus has called us to serve Him.

Each day we are to live as one ready and waiting for Jesus’ return.

To ‘seek first His kingdom and His righteousness’ means that we are to seek to know God and do His will as our priority, and regardless of the financial implications.

A healthy heart is the root of a healthy relationship with money and wealth.

Worry is reflecting on what may go wrong, faith reflects on truth.

Through generosity, we are rich toward God because serving people is serving God

Greed is an enemy that we must constantly guard against.

Matt Beaney continues our series in Luke where we learn that those who know God will be free to seek first His Kingdom and righteousness in how they use wealth.

We will all face pressure to compromise or hide our faith. However, Jesus wants to give you courage by promising that He will give you the help of the Holy Spirit when you are under pressure.

The unforgivable sin of blasphemy against the Spirit is the ongoing rejection of Jesus. Those who receive Christ cannot be in such a state, and those who are weak need to stand on Christ rather than their feelings.

We will publicly acknowledge our faith if we are filled with a vision of the greatness and love of God.
