Adam Wolf Interview: Real Movement: Perspective on Integrated Motion & Motor Control
09/12/2016 Duración: 43minIn this video, I interview Adam Wolf PT, LMT, FAFS. Whether you're a sports medicine or physical rehab professional, a corrective exercise or functional movement trainer, or just a movement enthusiast, you'll definitely want to check out this interview. We talk about material and concepts from Adam's new book release: "Real Movement: Perspective on Integrated Motion & Motor Control." In this interview, you'll gain an understanding that the site of injury typically isn't the cause of the injury and is often the result of something doing too much because something above or below isn't doing enough. Adam dives into understanding the inter-connectedness of the body, within a framework where bones move, joints feel or perceive motion, and myofascia reacts to control the movement, all while being governed by the nervous system. Be sure to visit Amazon and buy a copy of Adam's book: http://a.co/h6vvGNW Also be sure to check out Adam's website at: http://www.biomechanicaldetective.com
