 - Our world seems to be full of anger right now! It shouldn't be and it doesn't have to be. - Are you angry? We need to defeat the giant of anger in our lives. - Eliab (David's brother) had great anger after David was named God's next chosen king. - David didn't react to Eliab. He stayed focused on the task at hand - to defeat Goliath.- Five Stones of Truth About Anger:We need to realize we aren't perfect to begin with.We remind ourselves that God has made peace with us.We must believe that God is our avenger.We must forgive. God has given us everything required for life. God is not like an escape room. What we need isn't hidden or cloaked. The tools we need are provided by Him. We don't have to fall into the clutches of familiar sin. Through Him and His power, we can overcome. SPIRITUAL TOOLS Faith - for the rest to work, you have to have faith Goodness/Godliness Knowledge - if you want to pass a test, you study. Study the Bible. Self-control - you can do it through the power of the Holy Spirit Endurance - must work and strive to accomplish your goals Brotherly affection/love If you use the tools God has given you to live the life He has called you to, it will work. Philippians 1:6

True freedom comes from God's grace through His love for us.
