Spiritual Beings, Physical Experiences
15/09/2019 Duración: 35minEric mentioned this week, our God is such an intentional God. He hears, He speaks, He sees, and He surrounds. We know that God is always speaking. We know that He has a much larger perspective than we have, and we know that He provides the right people to surround us with in such a time as this. God does this almost always by interrupting our own plans.

Great God Story
25/08/2019Eric reminds us there is more to come! Life is more of a "zig-zag" and not a safe, straight and narrow path. He says, "Great God stories often have significant 'zig-zags' and through this, we must walk with Him. We must surrender our story and have confidence that God is working on His plan. Through surrender, the story God has written for you is always beyond what we could ever imagine.

Afraid & Amazed
18/08/2019Shawn challenges us to stay in the fight! He brings us to Luke 8 when Jesus calmed the storm but before He did this, the disciples were so afraid. Yet, they stayed and were amazed over and over again. If they would have given up too early, they would have missed everything! Just as the disciples, we can relate. We can be afraid, but we must stay in the fight or we'll miss everything!

Fight Week
04/08/2019Shawn prepares us for the fight. He challenges us that because we are following Jesus, there is a calling on our lives and because of this, our lives matter. So we must expect a fight. Following Jesus is not the easiest way to live, but it is the best way! We have to expect storms to come. We have an enemy that wants nothing more than for us to quit. Don't let opposition be the reason you quit, let it be a reminder to fight!

28/07/2019Doug concludes our series with the element of earth. Doug takes us back to Genesis where God began creating for His glory. Fire: I'll Meet You There
14/07/2019Eric Parks continues in our series with the element of fire. There is no magic formula to give you that will dispel your fears, put out fires, clear away your confusion, and wipe away your tears. But what we do know is that by focusing on God, and how He considers us His prized, redeemed ones, our focus naturally shifts from fear to faith. Eric reminds us that between now and Heaven, there are 'dangers, toils and snares' ahead of us. No one is exempt from the troubles of this life. Maybe you are in the biggest fire storm of your life...don't fret...Jesus has it circled on his calendar and he will meet you there...count on it.

Water: Can You See It?
07/07/2019Ronnie starts our new series off with the element of water. As he hones in on the life of Jonah, Ronnie asks the question, "Could the storm in your life, that you thought was a storm of destruction, actually be a detour?" We don't always get the luxury of seeing what God is doing in the middle of our struggle, but the crux of our faith is this: Do you know enough about Him, that you can trust Him, when you don't SEE? We walk by faith, but the question is, 'Can you see it?'

By The Cross
30/06/2019Ronnie reminds us that Jesus is the only One who brings complete wholeness. And only in Him, can He take you where you need to go, the One who can guide you and direct you. Only in Him will you find fulfillment. But do not fool yourself, God is not an additive or a supplement to YOUR way, He says "I AM THE" way.

A Crash Course in Contentment
23/06/2019Doug took us on a crash course of contentment. Apostle Paul is the expert who claims to know the secret of contentment (spoiler: it's gratitude), which echoes throughout his entire letter to the Philippians. Gratitude takes what you have and makes it enough, in any and every situation! Raise your hands to heaven and praise God because He is enough.

Baptism 2019
02/06/2019This weekend we were able to witness and celebrate hundreds of people publicly acting in obedience to follow Christ! Each one of us who have decided to follow Jesus is commanded in scripture to be baptized. It is not something we have to work up to. Baptism is an act of joyful obedience. We are asked to step out of the crowd and to publicly identify our lives with Christ. This is a beautiful picture of God's radical grace upon our lives and this is why we celebrate! https://www.rrcbaptism.com
