Shawn encouraged us as Christ followers, to live wide awake to the reality all around us. Instead of believing that there has to be something better way out there in the future, we can live with purpose, power, and joy today through the power of God at work within us.

This weekend, our guest Ryan Leak left us with a charge of encouragement as we begin a new year. He stated the importance of surrendering your dreams, your future and your year to God. Getting to know who He is simply by spending more time with Him. The best is yet to come. Fresh faith and with God, a fresh start.

This Christmas, Shawn reminded us that God sent His son to bring great joy! This is the Good News! We are all invited to experience this joy, the good news of Jesus, as we spend time in the presence of God. Let us focus on the Good News that brings great joy!

This weekend Doug encouraged us to match the rhythm and pace of the ways of Jesus during this Christmas season and beyond. He reminded us that Jesus did not come to be another task, He came to give us a new life. A life that is easy and in the rhythm of grace.

Shawn shared this weekend multiple things to celebrate as a result of being generous as a church. We heard individual stories as well as stories from across the globe of the ways God is blessing our obedience as we give to Him. What an honor it is to be a part of His great love story for people all over the world!

This week Chad continued our series on giving by talking about how generosity is cultivated by understanding the grace of God! When we start to wrap our minds around everything God has done for us, we stop trying to survive and begin to thrive.

This week Eric reminded us of the power that gets unleashed when we are generous. When we are willing to invest our money into a greater cause, God does immeasurably more with it than we ever thought possible.

As Shawn reminded us this week, 'We have to learn the basics, before we can excel!' In this short series, we are going to get back to the basic principle of giving.

This week, Nick Nilson talked about living in freedom with God and within community as we live lives without any filters.

This week Doug talked about the importance of allowing God to shine a light on our minds.

This week Shawn talked about turning on the lights. He reminded us that the best way to see is to open our Bibles and meditate on His word.

Shawn reminded us this weekend, that the life of Jesus reminds us of the beautiful truth; that with Jesus, we get life to the fullest, starting today (John 10:10) and in heaven forever!

This weekend Chad devoted his final message as a teaching pastor of Red Rocks Church to the subject of kindness. Chad reminds us that nothing changes the atmosphere of a room, or brings more healing, than simply being kind

This weekend Chad announced a new season for him and his family, as he moves away from being a teaching pastor at Red Rocks Church. Chad was instrumental in the foundational years of Red Rocks and this weekend was a special moment for us to honor him and to say thank you for the time, energy, and countless prayers that he's poured into our church family.

Ronnie reminded us this weekend, 'We cannot stay limited by our beginning. We cannot stay limited by who we have been. We have to make a choice to be who we are created to be."

In Shawn's message at Red Weekend, he talked about God saving us out of darkness and giving us the light of Jesus. And because we have the light of Jesus, we don't just stay there, we have a mission. We go back into the darkness with the light of Jesus and reach those who God is already pursuing.

It's easy to think that our lives will be complete once we get the job, the spouse, the kids, the car, etc. But it's not true. This week, Chad reminded us, 'If you're a hot mess in the desert, you'll be a hot mess in the land of milk and honey.'

This week Shawn reminds us that we aren't called to just stand alone in the river, we are called to stand together. We aren't called to remember alone, but we are called to remember together.

This week Shawn gave us three important things to remember as we attack anxiety in our own lives. Remembering that God is with us, that God has a plan for us and that God is working in and through us. We do not have to be afraid!

This weekend, our guest Ryan Leak reminds us that we have the God of the Universe on our side and because of this we are able to fearlessly step into the destiny that God has called us into. He says that "It's not about where you come from, but where you are going; God has an amazing plan for your life regardless of where you come from. If we allow our history to determine our destiny we will spend years taking our cues from the rearview mirror."
