  Psalm 101   1 I will sing of your love and justice;     to you, Lord, I will sing praise. 2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life—     when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house     with a blameless heart. 3 I will not look with approval     on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do;     I will have no part in it. 4 The perverse of heart shall be far from me;     I will have nothing to do with what is evil. 5 Whoever slanders their neighbor in secret,     I will put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart,     I will not tolerate. 6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land,     that they may dwell with me; the one whose walk is blameless     will minister to me. 7 No one who practices deceit     will dwell in my house; no one who speaks falsely     will stand in my presence. 8 Every morning I will put to silence     all the wicked in the land; I will cut off every evildoer     from the city of the Lord.  

Psalm 100   1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2     Worship the Lord with gladness;     come before him with joyful songs. 3 Know that the Lord is God.     It is he who made us, and we are his;     we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving     and his courts with praise;     give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;     his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Psalm 14 1 The fool says in his heart,     “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile;     there is no one who does good. 2 The Lord looks down from heaven     on all mankind to see if there are any who understand,     any who seek God. 3 All have turned away, all have become corrupt;     there is no one who does good,     not even one. 4 Do all these evildoers know nothing? They devour my people as though eating bread;     they never call on the Lord. 5 But there they are, overwhelmed with dread,     for God is present in the company of the righteous. 6 You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor,     but the Lord is their refuge. 7 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!     When the Lord restores his people,     let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!

Psalm 111 1 Praise the Lord. I will extol the Lord with all my heart     in the council of the upright and in the assembly. 2 Great are the works of the Lord;     they are pondered by all who delight in them. 3 Glorious and majestic are his deeds,     and his righteousness endures forever. 4 He has caused his wonders to be remembered;     the Lord is gracious and compassionate. 5 He provides food for those who fear him;     he remembers his covenant forever. 6 He has shown his people the power of his works,     giving them the lands of other nations. 7 The works of his hands are faithful and just;     all his precepts are trustworthy. 8 They are established for ever and ever,     enacted in faithfulness and uprightness. 9 He provided redemption for his people;     he ordained his covenant forever—     holy and awesome is his name. 10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;     all who follow his precepts have good understanding.     To him belongs eternal praise.

Psalm 113 1 Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, you his servants;     praise the name of the Lord. 2 Let the name of the Lord be praised,     both now and forevermore. 3 From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets,     the name of the Lord is to be praised. 4 The Lord is exalted over all the nations,     his glory above the heavens. 5 Who is like the Lord our God,     the One who sits enthroned on high, 6 who stoops down to look     on the heavens and the earth? 7 He raises the poor from the dust     and lifts the needy from the ash heap; 8 he seats them with princes,     with the princes of his people. 9 He settles the childless woman in her home     as a happy mother of children. Praise the Lord.
