Nah, it's on iTunes and Sound Cloud though, which is way easier than getting a disc, and it's free. High & Tight provided endless free shit. This episode is great. RZ talks about his brothers' surprise birthday, Benny talks about K Loves newest child. THEN they talk a lotta sports. Red Sox, Pats, etc. Specifically they discuss carl Yastrzemski's grandson playing pro ball, and being kinda nasty? There's some Mickey Rourke talk. Just wall to wall funky free shit. Get into it. 

Episode 306 is wrought with valuable information. TONS. Benny B and RZ discuss primarily, forthcoming trailers for movies and series' that have potential to be fantastic. I'm talking a Mandalorian trailer break down, El Camino (Breaking Bad movie), The Rise of Skywalker, etc. It's filled with pertinent information, and it's also filled with laughs. Oh sorry. I could've just said that it's like every single friggin' episode of High & Tight. Give 'er a listen huh?

305 brings us back to film school, baby. Benny B and RZ discuss The Irishman trailer, and a bunch of Scorsese films.Then they analyze them film school-style. You could learn a lot during that section. THEN, they talk about the raw, frosty filthiness of Lenny Dykstra, and his dumpster-diving antics. Just a foul man, who used to be sweet at baseball. Annnnd then they give their film school-style reviews of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It's a great film, and a great episode. Deal with it.    Actors getting ripped in movies

Ooooooh man. 304 is maybe the most outstanding episode we've ever laid down. Jeez. Benny and RZ discuss the new Top Gun trailer in depth. Which actually ends up being pretty funny. They also talk about Tom Cruise just in general, which is also sweet entertainment. Listen to hear more. I just realized that 95% of the show is about Maverick. It's really good though. I promise. 

303 is about as hot as any episode of any show ever recorded. Benny and RZ talk about the ocean, they talk about the MLB dong derby, as well as other MLB topics. Shoot. They talk about the power of the human brain for crying out loud. Just listen. You could learn a thing or two.

302 it just for you! Benny and RZ talk a lotta baseball, Major League, Wesley Snipes, Ken Griffey Jr.'s sweet sweet swing, and the love he received for it. There is a shit load of laughter on this episode, and you'll laugh too. Count on it. Oh wait, they talk about the Monster Squad. I just watched it again. It's still fantastic.

301 brings the heat, as all 300 episodes have before it. The boys talk about baseball, allergies, and the passing of hip hop legend, Bushwick Bill.  They also talk about Big Papi taking a bullet, and living. ALSO, they discuss the size of the gold chains around his neck. Very funny. Now a waste of your time. 

We did it, ladies and gentlemen. We reached 300. Pretty bananas right? I'll repeat that: Benny B and RZ reached 300 episodes. This one is pretty friggin' good too, as we see the return of the Kyle "Sonic" Bruce. That's a name I just came up with, because it rhymes with Sonic Boom. Anyhow, he and Benny talk Bruins/Celtics. They all talk about Deadwood the Movie. They laugh about a bunch of shit, they make fun of the Hudson Valley. It's really great. Also - they get a phone call from Gotham Super-Villain, Bane. 300 is one for the record books,. 

Almost there, ladies and gentlemen. 299 is in effect, and it is GOOD. Zibelli leads off, discussing why people still call him "Carl Dove". Then the fellas start teasing Deadwood the Movie, which you should REALLY watch. It's gonna be slick slick slick. They also discuss some young bucks coming to the Pats and, and some young dudes who are currently playing for the Red Sox (The ICE HORSE). Oh yeah, Zibelli discusses his trip to Draft. So THAT's pretty cool. ANNNND the boys send love to Kurt "the shirt" Hoffman. One of the best men on planet earth.  Anyhow, just listen. You'll have a good time. That kinda stinks, because Gronk quit pro football. Then the fellas talk about how sweet Deadwood is, in preparation for the movie. It's good. Just listen.

Hello everyone. 296 is up and at them. Good news: It's awesome, so go listen. There's a bunch of quality content, and it's mostly baseball-based. Specifically they talk about sweet moves in MLB. Specifically Specifically, they talk about the terrible tyrant of baseball, Mike Trout. He's such a bad sport, and he's getting a shit ton of money. Which he deserves, because he's actually really sweet and likable. There's talk of fumigation, and there's EVEN an update on Dirty Bob. Get into it. It's great. 

Ladies and gentlemen, Episode 295 is live. And it's a real hoot. Trust my words. 295 signals the rejuvenation of the great game of baseball. Spring Training is back in black, and the world so much better as a result. Benny and RZ break it down, and you can thank your lucky stars they did. They naturally get into the current status of the World Champion Red Sox, and they ALSO talk about Bryce Harper finnnally signing a damn contract. That's a big deal. They also talk about the movie Polar, AND True Detective Season 3. This is a good time. 

294 is at your door. So open it and listen up. Many sweet and funny topics are discussed. These include hockey games recently attended, concerts attended, The Wizard of Oz, and mostly the signing of Manny Machado.  The Padres spent a bunch of money on a dude who looks like Ariana Grande, and the High & Tight crew investigate. There's references to The Rock, and that's always funny. Then there's some great Alex Cora talk. It's just a mish mash of sweet shit. You should really listen.

The High & Tight boys are very very excited about it, and so they talk about it. Obvi. Props are offered to both sides of course, because High & Tight ain't biased. It is actually, but the Rams and Chiefs get their love, because they're very very good teams. Anyhow, Pats rule, Tom rules, Julian rules, and so do Bill and Gronk. Let us prove it to you. Oh yeah, the boys also talk about Edgar Martinez making it to the Hall of Fame. Finally.

Benny and RZ close out talking about Benny's newest addition to his sweet pad: a Street Fighter machine. That's right. Arcade style. Then they remind fans how filthy that game is, and it's really funny. Laughter will ensue. Beware.

From weather talk, all the way to Red Sox talk, the High & Tight crew bring as hard as ever. Specifically, they discuss the slick award the Sox received, and why they're better than other teams. They also have a pre-discussion about Triple Frontier, and its stacked cast. There's a very thorough discussion about the new Baseball HOF inductees, Lee Smith and Harold Baines. Well deserved.  Anyhow, shit. This one's great. Listen up. 

Welcome to 289, ladies and gentlemen! In this episode, Benny and RZ pretty much just talk about Creed II, and how great it is. Also about how healthy the actors look in it. They also talk about Bob the Mexican, who is actually NOT healthy. He's actually quite dirty. Then they talk briefly about The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, and how slick that thing is. Not much too it, but dang it's entertaining. If you don't believe me, then queue it up and fire me off an apology email. 

Jaaaaaaaaaaa Yankees lose. Jaaaaaaaaa Astros lose. Jaaaaaaaaaa Dodgers lose. Jaaaaaaaaaa Red Sox WIN. Episode 287 covers end to end, the Red Sox 4th World Championship since 2000. That is to say, they've won 4 in 18 years. Boston as a whole, has raked in 10 titles since that time. Look into it. My facts are accurate. It's been a good few decades.  There's a great deal of celebratory chatter, and that includes discussion of all the Sox players.  Specifically, bully Steve Pearce, David Price, Chris Sale, Mookie, JD... I could keep going. It's just fun to listen to Benny and RZ talk about the dominance of the Sox. That's all. You should do it.
