Sickness, disease, disability. It's been called the great interrupter of life. I call it the great burglar. Illness breaks into our lives and robs us of so much. And so, the woman's question resounds, "Does God heal when you pray? Is there healing for me?" Jesus gives us a definitive answer to that vital question. And what an answer! Please listen in and be made well!

It's one thing to almost die in a storm on a boat. It's a whole other thing to run into a guy possessed by demons. Jesus quiets the storm and turns Legion into a beggar. He's too much - for our enemies.

If only faith came in a bottle! John Newton, the composer of Amazing Grace, once said that he could sum up all his desires in one sentence, "Lord, give me faith." We say, "Amen!" Today, Jesus means to answer that prayer. Jesus comes to perform the supernatural - increasing and waterproofing our faith in him. Come aboard!

Too often, we live as if the other shoe is going to drop. That's stops today as we name who it is we hold by faith.
