What's the hungriest you've ever been? Have you been hungry enough to kill and eat your friends and family? No? Good....then you haven't been possessed by a Wendigo. But for an unfortunate few who have run afoul of these emaciated, fanged creatures in the woods of North America and Canada their day didn't end well. This week we explore the legend and tales of this voracious cryptid and put forth some possible explanations for the historical sightings. Jenna returns and gives her take on "The Blob" in our newest segment Jenna's B's, Skeptic Mike tries again, Paranews and more!!

This week we get back to some good old Paranews and visit a few show segments we haven't seen in awhile. Our Featured Creature returns with a discussion about gremlins and how real life encounters differed greatly from the fuzzy fiends of filmland. Stories include why we haven't returned to the moon, how Facebook groups are planning a really bad day trip out to Area 51, ghosts of Eastern Airlines Flight 401 and the abandoned fairy village of Connecticut. Toxic Mike tries to finally win a round of Stump Skeptic Mike, Doug visits briefly and more!!

This week's show is oooozing with greatness as we are joined by Chuck Francisco, one of the organizers of Blobfest in Phoenixville, PA. Blobfest is a 3 day event that happens each year in mid-July (July 12-14 this year) that celebrates all things classic horror/scifi and specifically the 1958 schlock classic "The Blob" which was shot in and around Phoenixville in 1957. Event highlights include the yearly "Run Out" of the Colonial Theatre, a day long street fair, classic car shows and weekend long double features playing in the Colonial. This year Paradelphia will be on the scene at Blobfest so look for our Facebook Live streams, social media posts and maybe even a byline in our favorite magazine, Scary Monsters in the months ahead! Suffice it to say this is going to ruffle a few angel feathers. Barry Strohm is back with his latest book entitled Spirits Speak: Channeling the Life of Jesus where Barry says he has had direct communication with the historical Jesus Christ. In the summer of 1976 a group of college buddies decided to go on a camping trip to the Allagash River in Northern Maine. A week of fun, fishing and frolicking in the woods all came to a stunning halt when the foursome were abducted and experimented on by strange beings that zip them up into an alien space craft straight out of their fishing boat. Not only that but a couple of the guys claim that the aliens didn't stop there and continue to torment them with late night abductions. Also, Doug and Jean discuss a recent JUMPS case where the location had a quite unusual effect on Jean causing her to freak out and nearly derail the entire investigation.
