Hey it's Easter.  Ok the reality is the brunch team has been on the road for work purposes and is prepping for the NaAB convention in jjVegas April 12 through 17 if you see myself or PDM or John stop us say hi and get a small reward.  We mean it NMX we've got tea for you.  Tea is while supplies last.  See you in the exhibit hall.

This week we concentrate on the Forsight's take the time to get to know them and welcome to Season 8

As we close out 2014,  I thought it'd be kind of fun to introduce or re introduce you to my love of early science fiction.  So we look at Verne's Journey To The Center of the Earth.  It's a wonderful story and well dramatized from december 9 of 1995.  Enjoy

However don't let the title fool you as we delve deep in to archives to bring you an exciting version of "A Christmas Carol," with Ralph Richardson as narrator and Scrooge.  It's basically Sir Ralph and a few cast members given some lines and when you listen to mid sixties BBC drama you note the differences.  Gone is the enhanced sound so they used the literature.  Enjoy.  We'll also start the show by remembering the amazing Christmas of the Trenches of 1914 and we conclude with another ghost story the Shepherd.  On behalf of Maria and Sophie the Dog I'd like to wish you all the happiest of Christmasses and we'll conclude Season 7 next week with a drama of epic proportion.  Enjoy

This week we conclude the Cesar trillogy with An Empire Without End.  There is a bit of historicaal liberty taken here but it does add to the story and I think you'll enjoy it.  Please enjoy also as we conclude the Roman Way.  The seasonal interview will be next week.

I begin this description by writing that when this show first started these were some of the first plays in my collection.  So I'm excited to present series 3 of Caesar.  Go back to ep 25 for series 1 if you'd like.  Anyhow this play discusses Victoria and Postumus of Gaul and the third century crissis Galinus had in defending and keeping control of Rome.  British actors make great Romans.  Enjoy.
