Former Mayo star Keith Higgins spoke to John Duggan about his late brother Pierce, who passed away from MND in 2023On Sunday July 27th, there is a 'Shoulder to Shoulder' walk in aid of those suffering from ALS, the most common form of Motor Neurone Disease.  The walk is taking place at 9am at St Brigid's GAA Club, Croghan, County Offaly.  Former All Ireland winners with Galway, Joe Bergin and Michael Meehan are part of the organising team and it's being supported by the likes of Galway GAA, Leinster Rugby and Connacht Rugby.If you can't make the walk, you can support via iDonate, with all funds going to Research Motor Neurone.

From there, he crossed the bridge into Valentia Island to speak with Kerry legend Ger Lynch, and Valentia coastal rowing club’s Dermot Walsh.Heading back across the bridge, Eoin spoke with Radio Kerry’s Joe McGill about his great granduncle Jack Murphy’s incredible story. Eoin Sheahan travelled the length and breadth of Donegal in preparation for this Sunday’s All Ireland final, speaking with some of the biggest Donegal supporters as well as former players and managers of the county.He first caught up with the quintessential Donegal legend Brian McEniff and his friend and former player Pauric McShea in Bundoran, before taking the incredibly scenic drive through to Gweedore to speak with ‘The First Lady of Celtci music’ Moya Brennan. From there, he travelled to Killeybegs’ Tara Hotel to speak with the player of the final in 1992, Manus Boyle, before heading back inland to speak with the face of Football Special, Edward McDaid.
