Omi & Mame are back with the 2nd episode of the second season of What’s Your Flavor. In this episode Mame and Omi talk about Omi leaving for India on his holiday, what he's going to do and what he's looking forward to. They were then joined by Dede Buckman, proprietor of Cool Scoop, a made-in-Ghana gelato company. It's relatively new, and Dede guided Mame and Omi on how the company operates, the flavours they have and what they have in store for the future. On this episode, Mame and Omi discuss the first ever Blue Cheese Conclave that Chef Keeks and his Madam, Salma, held in June 2019. The Blue Cheese Conclave was an intimate 4-course fine dining event that hosted 20 people, including Mame and Omi. They recap the event in detail and their favourite dish from the menu. They also recounted the first Mames Tastes dinner event held in July that had an environmental theme as the backdrop. Mame gave her thoughts about how it went and the feedback she got from the event. The second segment of the podcast saw our guest Martin aka Kiddi talk about his Asana business called Yass Asana, which makes flavoured bottled Asana for sale.
