Fran and Harvey have a quick chat with the one and only Aled after his great talk which kicked off the I Love Student Radio Awards evening!

Fran and Harvey caught up with Yasser from BBC Asian Network and asked him for his advice for all aspiring radio folk. We talked about how stations can connect with their audience, how we can all find our niche, and the differences between commercial and BBC radio.

Judging coordinators Mark Farrington and Tim Dye look at the student radio awards categories and what each one really is looking for. With appearances from other awards judges, they look at the things judges love to hear and see.
