We managed to grab hold of Lewis just in time before the final Keynote of the day got started… take a listen to get his tips on what attributes he looks for in a producer, and what sorts of skills any wannabe producers should be perfecting right now.

Capital FM East Midland's very own Dick Stone popped by the conference to tell us about all things talent coaching. Ever wondered how to go about giving feedback to a presenter or producer without them taking it the wrong way? Dick offered tips that all student stations will find useful, particularly to 'praise in public' and 'criticise in private'. Fran caught up with Dick afterwards to find out more.

So it's been a very busy morning here at Podcast HQ as we decided to take our own little spin on the Voice Of The Awards, because lets be frank, the awards are ages away and we all want to hear a winner now!
