He received his undergraduate degree from Cincinnati Christian University and an MBA from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business in New York.   John began his real estate portfolio with a self-funded 32-unit property in the St. Louis, MO market. The property has completed a significant capital budget program and is now enjoying increased rental income as a result.
